High season<\/strong><\/em>: 1-7-2024 to 15-9-2024<\/em>
\nLow season<\/strong>: 1-4-2024 to 31-10-2024 , excluding the above dates. <\/em> <\/p>\n

Other dates are possible but on request. <\/em><\/p>\n

A minimum stay of three nights applies to the length of stay.<\/em><\/p>\n

Stays outside these dates on request, also for longer stays or winter stays.<\/em><\/p>\n

We do not charge a reservation fee, but we do require a deposit: 25% within one week of making the reservation and 75% no later than four weeks before the exact arrival date.<\/p>\n

Casa Dani Portugal applies the following general terms and conditions regarding rentals. These are binding on both parties. <\/p>\n

RENTAL ACCOMMODATION<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n

For the duration of your stay at Casa Dani<\/p>\n

In Portugal, there is a minimum stay of three nights.<\/p>\n

<\/strong>PRICES:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Prices asdescribed are<\/em>, subject to errors, binding. Prices include bed linen, towels, kitchen towels and free wifi. Pool towels are not included. For multi-week stays, you will receive clean sheets after one week’s stay and clean towels will be provided regularly. Breakfast is not included. <\/p>\n

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING AND PAYMENT:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

After your reservation and a 25% deposit, we will send you confirmation of the deposit within one week. This is also your booking confirmation. If the deposit is not paid within one week, your booking will be cancelled. You also agree to the terms and conditions when booking. The remaining amount must be transferred to our account no later than four weeks before the start of the rental period. <\/p>\n

The minimum age at check-in is 21.<\/strong><\/p>\n

ID and phone number are required at check-in<\/strong><\/p>\n

CANCELLATION:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Full refund of the reservation if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided that the arrival date is at least 14 days later.<\/p>\n

50% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.<\/p>\n

No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.<\/p>\n

We recommend that you always purchase your own travel cancellation insurance.<\/p>\n

CHANGE RENTAL PERIOD:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Subject to availability and by request only.<\/p>\n

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Check-in is available after 3:00 p.m. and until 10:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

Check-out is no later than 10:00 a.m. Other times are by arrangement only. <\/p>\n

(FINAL) CLEANING AND DEPOSIT:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

During your stay, you are responsible for keeping your vacation rental clean. We will perform the final cleaning; this is mandatory and is not included in the rental price. You must return the rental swept clean, with the dishes washed and put away. All household trash must be removed. <\/p>\n

The final cleaning fee is \u20ac8 per night or \u20ac52 per stay for stays of one week or longer. This fee must be paid on site. You\u2019ll also pay a security deposit of \u20ac150 in cash upon arrival. This will, of course, be refunded to you after a stay without any incidents. If we have to take out the trash or do the dishes, \u20ac50 will be deducted from the security deposit. <\/p>\n

Breakfast service:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Breakfast at Casa Dani Portugal is available for a fee. Breakfast is not included. <\/p>\n

Children<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Children are, of course, welcome. A crib can be reserved based on availability. Children up to 2 years old are free of charge. <\/p>\n

Pets:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement and for a small fee.<\/p>\n

Your pet must not be left alone in your room and must not cause any disturbance.<\/p>\n

Extras to be booked:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

<\/strong>Breakfast<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Breakfast at Casa Dani Portugal is available for a fee. Breakfast is not included. Breakfast costs \u20ac10 per person per day. If you have special needs or allergies, please let us know. Then we can take this into account. <\/p>\n

Crib<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Available upon request for children ages 0\u20132.<\/p>\n

Children 2 years of age and older are considered additional guests at this property.<\/p>\n

House Rules<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Smokers<\/strong><\/h3>\n

These are non-smoking apartments. We provide ashtrays for smokers outdoors. <\/p>\n

Quiet Time<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Sound travels in these quiet mountain valleys! If there is another guest staying in the other house, please respect them by keeping the volume low between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. <\/p>\n

Pool<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Please do not bring glassware or furniture to the pool.<\/p>\n

Children must be accompanied by an adult.<\/p>\n

Diving is prohibited.<\/p>\n

Use of the pool is at your own risk.<\/p>\n

No Outdoor Fires* No Smoking* No Open Fires*<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Forest fires are a reality here.<\/p>\n

Here, as in much of Portugal, it is strictly prohibited to light an outdoor fire during the hot summer months. Please use only the designated barbecue area. <\/p>\n

A new law recently went into effect in Portugal that legally prohibits any form of burning or use of fire\u2014such as bonfires, fireworks, candles, lanterns, etc.\u2014during the warmer months (June\u2013September).<\/p>\n

Do not leave glass outside, as the reflection can cause a fire in dry weather.<\/p>\n

Thank you for helping to keep everyone safe.<\/p>\n

Septic Tank<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Do not flush anything down the toilet that will not break, such as sanitary waste, cotton swabs, diapers, etc.<\/p>\n

Parking<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Please park your car in the designated area.
